Overview

All sales of digital products (license keys, activation tokens, and related digital goods) on emulated.vip are final. We do not offer refunds except in the limited circumstances described below.

Eligible Refunds

Refunds may be issued at our sole discretion if:

  • The key or product delivered was invalid or non-functional due to our error
  • You were charged multiple times for the same purchase
  • The product was not delivered within a reasonable timeframe

Non-Refundable

Refunds will NOT be issued for:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Failure to read the product description before purchasing
  • Issues caused by your own system, hardware, or software configuration
  • Bans, suspensions, or restrictions imposed by third-party services
  • Products that have been activated or used
  • Unauthorized use or sharing of purchased keys

How to Request a Refund

Contact us via our Discord or support page within 24 hours of purchase. Include the following information with your request:

Your order ID, the email address used for the purchase, and a detailed description of the issue you experienced.

Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us will result in immediate account termination and may result in collection actions. We reserve the right to dispute all chargebacks.

Replacements

In some cases, we may offer a replacement key instead of a refund. This is at our sole discretion and will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
